Peanut Butter Butterscotch Marshmallow Squares Recipe

So good and so simple, these tasty marshmallow treats are a snap to make.


34 cupHERSHEY’S CHIPITS Butterscotch Chips (175 mL)
34 cupHERSHEY’S CHIPITS REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips (175 mL)
6 tbspbutter (90 mL)
1 tspvanilla extract (5 mL)
2 cupsminiature rainbow marshmallows (500 mL)


    1. Grease and line 9x5-inch (23x13 cm) baking pan with parchment paper; set aside.

    2. Melt butterscotch chips, peanut butter chips and butter in heatproof bowl set over simmering water. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.

    3. Fold in marshmallows. Spread into prepared pan; smooth top.

    4. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or until firm.

    5. Cut into squares or bars.

    Makes 6 servings.

    Drizzle squares or bars with melted HERSHEY’S CHIPITS Chocolate Chips if desired.
